EMPLOYEE NON-COMPETE AGREEMENT - Specific Locations
IN CONSIDERATION of employment by [Name of company], hereinafter referred to as Company, the undersigned hereby agrees that upon the termination of employment with said Company and notwithstanding the cause of termination, the undersigned shall not compete with the business of the Company or its successors or assigns.
The undersigned, [Name of the employee], agrees that [he/she] shall not directly or indirectly, as an owner, officer, director, employee, consultant, or stockholder engage in the business of [Description of business] or a business substantially similar or competitive to the business of the Company.
This agreement of non-competition shall be valid for a radius of miles from the present location of the Company and shall be in full force and effect for a period of years, commencing with the date of employment termination.
